I have been an ardent admirer of Crumpler bags for a long time. But an admirer from afar.

Like Dante who admired Beatrice from a distance and obsessively wrote her love poetry - so too has been my relationship with Crumpler bags.

I've had a number of friends who have purchased them, but never have myself.

But then, one of my dreams came true and Crumpler sent me a couple of bags to review! Awesome!
The first one I tried is The Luncheon. It's a super-cute, vertically-oriented messenger-style bag. Like most Crumplers, it comes in a variety of striking jewel-tone colours.

I got the red one! The interior has two main pockets - a well-padded one towards the back for your laptopholds up to 15.4" - my MBP fit, no problem at alland another one towards the front which will hold a couple of books, accessories, etc.
There is also a very unusual external pocket in the front - it is under the flap so only accessible when the flap is open - you could fit a couple of smaller books or gadgets in here.

Finally, there is a mesh zippered pocket on the interior of the flap.

This is a good idea, in theory, a place to securely stash small items like pens or USB drives - but a little awkward to access.
